The worst customer service I have seen! Employees were just hanging out and talking I waited at the customer service desk for about five minutes before I asked the group of employees if anybody was at the customer service desk then the person who they called out was the same person who ignored my presence at the Desk to go talk and hang out with the group of employees. Then asked me if I was here for a pick up and just pointed over to where I needed to go. I was holding my son trying to get the groceries quickly before the rain started again and it was a very uncomfortable interaction. I then spoke with a manager/supervisor yet nothing but an apology was said. Unfortunately, nowadays, people don’t take their job seriously nor have respect or manners. Truthfully, I would expect better from Whole Foods

First time to this Whole Foods and things went great. Ordered online, got my updates and order ready. Arrived, parked, submitted curbside location, and the associate arrived quickly, friendly and kind manner, and things moved along. Keep it going and don't mess with success, Whole Foods & Jeff.

Today I had some coupons I wanted to try for cold brew coffee and kombucha which are two items I really love but do not have the pleasure to always indulge in. I am inside and I see a diverse workforce, so I am a happy camper. After grabbing my items I decided to drink my cold brew outside by the fountain and do some people watching before heading to the park to get some steps in. Wandering Bear coffee was great, not too sweet but flavorful at the same time. If you want to try out a new cold brew I would definitely give Wandering Bear at Whole Foods a try.

The day before Thanksgiving I bought an individual meal for me wife who doesn't eat meat. They gave me a container that was supposed to be oven safe. It did not. The food and the oven were ruined. When I stopped by the shop to ask for help, they just refund me the cost of the food. They didn't care about hiring a person to clean de oven and the disappointment we had with my wife eating just sides during Thanksgiving.
